I have been loyal to HP Printers since I can remember but that is coming to an end very quickly. I simply cannot believe I have so many issues with HP Software that interacts with HP Printers. This has been going on for years. I purchase a new printer on the average of one every two years and every single time I have issues with software! It’s truely unbelievable!
It’s that bad. I bet you any amount of money, HP’s trouble calls would go down 66% if they created better software. I’ve had my current Multi whatever printer for three years and for some Godforsaken reason I tried to update my software because I couldn’t get my computer to recognize the printer. I won’t even go into what took place next. Let’s just say I am going to a friends house to scan one little receipt. I have this boat anchor of a printer that supposedly does everything under the sun and I can’t even scan a simple little receipt. Sorry HP but our marriage is over. On to bigger and BETTER things.
